Job Title: Quality Assurance Auditor
Headcount: 1
All in Hourly Rate: $4.50
Job Type: Part-Time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 4 hours per day AZ Time (Management is open to adjusting to any 4 hour timeframe as long as it’s during AZ business hours.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Audit Clinical documentation for Compliance
• Systems/process audits for compliance
• Survey Prep audits
• Participate in Triple Checks (Documentation and Billing)
• Quality improvement and chart reviews for clinical initiatives and programs
• Others as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (Philippines) – minimum; USRN preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Timely completion of audits based on prescribed timing and sample size
