3 phases of recruitment process

01.

Initial and Panel Interview

Upon successful completion of the screening application, candidates will be invited to participate in a two-stage interview process. The first stage involves a one-on-one interview with a recruitment specialist, followed by a panel interview with senior executives. Subsequently, qualified candidates will be scheduled for a meeting with the client.

Client Matching

A client matching interview will be conducted based on your profile and skill set. We will provide ongoing support until an ideal client is identified.
