Position Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Biller/Collector who is experienced in claims processing, payment posting, and insurance follow-ups. This role demands someone persistent, organized, and results-driven.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Submit and process insurance claims accurately and on time
• Handle claim rejections, denials, and appeals
• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims
• Post payments and reconcile accounts
• Verify patient insurance and eligibility

🔹 Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience in medical billing/collecting (US healthcare preferred)
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, EOBs, and AR follow-up
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

🔹 Preferred

• Experience with billing software and EMRs
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
