Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual content to convey messages and ideas. This includes the development of design concepts, the production of graphic assets, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver visually appealing materials.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a 3-month project-based contract only
Job Responsibilities:
- Use design tools to create collateral, such as sell sheets, social media posts, postcards, brochures, banners, or other projects as assigned.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging for all creative assets across all digital marketing touchpoints.
- Coordinate with leadership and the marketing team to ensure campaigns and projects are properly delivered.
- Act as the primary point of contact with external vendors or other agency partners to manage the ordering, production, and delivery of marketing collateral and sales materials.
- Work with internal leaders to design and deliver business cards, name tags, or other business line needs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in a fast-paced environment as a graphic designer or content developer.
- Experience in Healthcare strongly desired.
- Experience using design tools, especially Adobe products InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Ability to proofread
- Positive attitude, Problem solver, and attention to detail.
- “Service First” – and a willingness to take feedback and coaching from senior staffers.
- Able to shift priorities and deal with ambiguity.
- Print production
- Working with vendors and printers.
