3 Phases of Recruitment Process

Initial & Panel Interview
Qualified applicants who pass the screening will undergo a two-step interview: a one-on-one with a recruitment specialist, followed by a panel interview with senior executives. Finalists then meet directly with the client.

Client Matching
A client matching interview will be conducted based on your profile and skill set. We will provide ongoing support until an ideal client is identified.
03
Job Offer and Onboarding
Once the client interview is successfully completed, a formal job offer is issued. New hires then go through onboarding, which includes paperwork, training, and team integration to ensure a smooth start.
