Position Overview:

We are looking for a Certified Medical Coder with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of coding guidelines to support our healthcare clients. This role requires someone who is accurate, efficient, and experienced in understanding medical documentation and providing coding compliance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding standards and regulations
• Work closely with physicians and billing teams to resolve coding issues
• Identify and correct coding errors or discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information

🔹 Qualifications

• Active coding certification (CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
• 2 years of proven experience in medical coding
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent English communication skills

🔹 Preferred

• Experience in US healthcare accounts
• Familiarity with EMR systems
