Hourly Rate: $3.75-$4.00

Position Overview:

The Sourcing Agent will be responsible for sourcing for assigned roles, including searching for

passive candidates through tools like LinkedIn and Indeed, reviewing resumes for skill matches. They will research contact information for people on existing lists and pull new lists from a variety of new sources. They will participate in intake calls with the Talent Acquisition team, asking questions and escalating issues as needed. They will also learn and use our ATS system (iCIMS). They will also conduct credential and licensure verification and other administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will be sourcing passive candidates for assigned roles using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Will review resumes as the initial screener before submitting them to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Will participate in intake calls with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the background, skills, and experience needed to match the job.
  • Will disposition candidates as necessary and follow up with candidates in a timely manner.
  • As needed will verify credentials for all roles that require them. If they are unable to verify their credentials, they will email the applicant for any additional information needed to successfully verify them.
  • Will partake in team meetings as needed to get job-specific minimum qualifications and TA meetings to ensure collaboration and priorities.
  • Will do deep internet research to locate the candidate’s email address, phone number, place of business, or other contact information. Will also use a variety of tools to streamline that process and ensure we are getting up-to-date information.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in sourcing.
  • Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams), and ideally an
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prior experience reviewing resumes and dispositioning unqualified candidates.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Experience Sourcing candidates for healthcare jobs of all levels including Nurses, Nurse Practitioners,
  • Physical Therapists, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), and other difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Ability to discern minimum qualifications, experience, and skills on resume/profile for candidates
  • Have a solid working knowledge of sourcing candidates and common practices to find contact information.
  • Communicate effectively via writing, email, video/MS Teams meetings, and telephone calls.
  • Able to participate, communicate issues effectively, and contribute ideas in virtual and telephone meetings.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing competing requests. Need to be able to proactively communicate any issues with workload and priorities.
  • Technically savvy and skilled with MS Suite, MS Teams, and learning new systems quickly.
  • Previous Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience using tools to generate contact information a plus.
  • Able to effectively navigate various websites to verify credentials.
  • Communicate with applicants via email.
  • Able to shift gears easily as changes happen daily.
