Position Overview:

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help an organization make informed decisions. This role involves identifying trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic planning and operational improvements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Data Analyst translates complex data into actionable insights, creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enable the organization to better understand business performance and opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations.
• Support and implement data integrations and transformations.
• Design and support databases, data models, and gateways as required.
• Analyze data to help solve business and clinical problems and goals.
• Act as a Business Analyst to gather and document requirements and specifications for BI products.

Job Qualifications:

• Education Requirements Bachelor and Graduate degrees in Computer Science or related studies.
• Specific industry knowledge of Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Senior Living, Memory Care, and Hospice.
• Vertical industry knowledge, requiring a detailed understanding of Operational financial performance measures and reporting.
• Ability to extract, transform, and integrate data from electronic medical and health record management (EMR/EHR) and other systems.
• Proficient in the English Language both written and verbal
• Ability to report and optimize health quality, efficiency, and financial outcomes through data analysis.
• Experience with enterprise systems, such as HR, EMR (financial), etc.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level Excel. Knowledge of advanced formulas, analytical functions, and macros for large and complex spreadsheets
• Advanced Power BI skills to create KPIs, dashboards, analytic reports, and alerts.
• Experience in publishing and protecting data according to business and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Azure AD roles and permissions in SharePoint and Power BI to restrict data access to specific locations and roles.
