Position Overview:

The Business Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective operations within an organization. This position oversees all aspects of administrative management, financial operations, and office support services. Reporting to senior management, the Business Office Manager is responsible for streamlining office activities, managing budgets, overseeing billing and payroll functions, and ensuring that business practices align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining employee hard chart files.
  • Personnel support duties.
  • Responsible for performance evaluation process and administration
  • Maintain personnel files.
  • Responsible for maintaining Relias/Inservice tracking and documentation.
  • Payroll support duties.
  • Responsible for reconciling timesheets in Dayforce if there are missing punches or an employee brings a
  • time issue.
  • Code new hire training hours on new hire’s timesheet.
  • Responsible for quarterly PBJ reporting in Simply PBJ.
  • Office support duties.
  • Serves as a liaison between the facility and the centralized AP and AR departments.
  • Gather and transmit daily A/R paperwork to the Medical Insurance Biller/Collection Specialist.
  • Forward invoices to the centralized AP department for processing.
  • Responsible for AP and AR inquiries and directed to appropriate personnel.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years Office Manager experience
  • Must have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Business
  • Proficient in the English Language both written and verbal
  • Must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures related to Business Office, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Must have the ability to hold in confidence any information regarding guests, personnel, or any other matters that are confidential in nature.
  • Must demonstrate outstanding verbal communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills; excellent judgment and a proactive manner are required.
  • Adheres to ethical business practices by striving to perform in a manner that conforms to the highest standards of ethical behavior, integrity, and honesty.
